Looking forward to reading this but can’t yet get it in kindle format. Are there plans to release that soon?

It has been released on Kindle in the UK but not I think the US yet – is that where you are? Is it possible for you to download it from the UK Amazon or is it blocked for you?

If that’s not working I’ve had US readers get the printed version mailed from Amazon.co.uk. Failing that I suspect that a US release of both print and Kindle will be negotiated in the next few months, but I don’t yet know when.
